Jérôme Félicité
Immersed in real estate from an early age, Jérôme Félicité began his career as a broker in the company Rham before joining the family business Gerofinance.
Under his impetus, in 2006, the company bought out Dunand & Cie. By fostering an innovative entrepreneurial vision and a solutions-based culture, he anticipated the consolidation that was to occur in the real estate industry by taking over Régie de la Couronne in 2011, then Régie du Rhône, one of the largest property management companies in French-speaking Switzerland, in 2019, further strengthening its leadership position.
In 2009, he created EDIFEA, a general contractor. Then two years later, he became a partner of the Barnes International network to create BARNES Switzerland, a specialist in residential real estate brokerage.
In 2022, Jérôme Félicité launched BARNES Commercial Realty for commercial real estate, as well as Valorim.
In parallel with his functions within this real estate hub, Jérôme Félicité has also developed several independent structures, including AZNAR & CIE SA and PROMOHOLDING SA.
Manuel Alvarez
In his early thirties, Manuel Alvarez has held several management positions in finance and treasury within a major multinational in Geneva. His motivation led him to discover other horizons. He entered a new world in 1995 by taking the general management position in a Swiss family office, active in particular in the fields of real estate, hospitality and golf clubs in Switzerland, Spain and in the USA.
After many years within family offices, Manuel Alvarez founded, in 2007, a company specialising in real estate research and advice. Then, in 2014, he took over the operational management of the real estate portfolio and development projects of a real estate player in French-speaking Switzerland. In 2016, he joined the management team of a major company active in real estate in Geneva in order to create and manage a new department which brought together several services: investments, commercial leasing, development programmes and advisory services. At the end of 2017, he temporarily took over the management of the residential sales department of this same company then, in 2019, that of the digital strategy. Manuel Alvarez then joined Gerofinance | Régie du Rhône before launching Valorim in 2022.
